This Consent is a founder-review draft for Eniblu. It is intended to support explicit acceptance in booking and appointment workflows. It is separate from the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
1. What You Are Agreeing To
By accepting this Consent, you explicitly agree that Eniblu may process the personal data required to create, manage, confirm, cancel, and support a booking or appointment request.
- For authenticated users, this may include data linked to your account profile.
- For anonymous flows, this may include the booking or appointment details you provide together with technical data needed to continue or validate the request.
2. Booking and Appointment Data
You agree that Eniblu may process data such as:
- first name and last name;
- email address and phone number;
- selected business, employee, service, and booking identifiers;
- reservation date and time; and
- related support details where needed to resolve a booking issue.
3. Necessary Communications
You agree that Eniblu may send communications necessary to deliver booking-related and appointment-related messages, including confirmations, cancellations, schedule changes, support follow-ups, legal-document prompts, and similar operational notices.
These necessary service messages may be sent by email, SMS, Viber, phone, or similar operational channels used by the platform.
4. Legal-Document Records
You agree that Eniblu may store and use records showing whether you accepted or declined the current version of this Consent and other required legal documents. These records may include document type, locale, version, timestamp, IP address, user agent, and the account or correlation ID associated with the decision.
5. Anonymous Flow Continuity
Where you use an anonymous appointment or booking flow, you agree that Eniblu may use a correlation ID or similar technical identifier to maintain continuity across legal-document acceptance and booking steps and to associate your accepted document versions with the same anonymous journey.
6. Scope of This Consent
This Consent covers data processing needed for booking, appointment, support, and legal-record workflows. It does not make newsletter or optional marketing consent mandatory.
If Eniblu later offers optional marketing consent, it should be presented separately and should not be bundled into required booking acceptance.
7. Withdrawal and Effect
Where processing is based on consent, you may request withdrawal of consent as permitted by applicable law. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully before withdrawal.
Because this Consent supports core booking functionality, withdrawing required consent may make it impossible for Eniblu to create, manage, or continue certain bookings or appointment requests.
