Terms of Service

Rules for using Eniblu

These terms describe account use, anonymous appointment requests, booking responsibilities, availability limits, and the legal-document acceptance required for Eniblu booking workflows.

Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026.06.15

Version: 2026.06.15

These Terms of Service are founder-review draft terms for Eniblu, a free booking and reservations SaaS MVP. Eniblu is currently operated as a private project under the Eniblu brand while legal entity details are still being finalized. Where these Terms refer to "Eniblu," "we," "our," or "us," they refer to Eniblu and, once established, the legal operator identified here: the legal operator details are not yet finalized.

By accessing or using Eniblu, including by creating an account, browsing businesses, submitting a booking, or sending an anonymous appointment request, you agree to these Terms. These Terms are not legal advice and should be finalized before public release.

1. Eligibility and Intended Use

  • Eniblu is intended for adults only.
  • You may use the platform only if you have legal capacity to accept these Terms.
  • You may use Eniblu to browse businesses, employees, services, reviews, tags, cities, featured businesses, and to create bookings or appointment requests.

2. Operator Information

Eniblu is not yet operated through an incorporated company. The following information must be completed before these Terms are treated as final legal terms:

  • The legal entity name is not yet finalized.
  • The registered address is not yet finalized.
  • Legal notices should be sent to support@eniblu.com.
  • Governing law and dispute forum are not yet finalized.

3. Accounts and Anonymous Appointment Requests

Some features require an authenticated account. Other flows, including certain appointment requests, may be available without authentication. Anonymous flows may rely on tokens and technical identifiers to let you confirm, cancel, or continue a booking-related action.

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account or using your confirmation links or tokens.
  • You must keep your login credentials, confirmation links, and similar access methods secure.

4. Acceptance of Current Legal Documents

Booking functionality requires acceptance of the currently enforced versions of Eniblu's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Consent. Eniblu records legal-document decisions by document type, locale, version, timestamp, IP address, and user agent, and links those decisions either to your authenticated account or to a correlation ID used for anonymous flows.

5. Bookings, Availability, and Business Information

Eniblu helps users discover participating businesses and create bookings or appointment requests. Businesses, schedules, services, employees, and availability may change at any time.

  • Eniblu does not guarantee that any listed availability will remain open until a booking is completed.
  • Businesses may update schedules, service details, employee assignments, or booking rules.
  • Anonymous appointment requests may require confirmation or cancellation through a tokenized link or equivalent mechanism.
  • Eniblu facilitates booking workflows but does not guarantee the quality, legality, safety, or suitability of any third-party business or service.

6. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

  • Do not submit false, misleading, or unauthorized booking information.
  • Do not misuse reviews, support, image uploads, or contact forms.
  • Do not interfere with platform security, availability, or normal operation.
  • Do not scrape, reverse engineer, probe, abuse, or attempt unauthorized access to Eniblu systems.
  • Do not upload illegal, infringing, malicious, or abusive content.

7. Support, Notifications, and Communications

Eniblu may send operational communications needed to run the service, including booking-related, support-related, security, or legal-document messages. Depending on the flow, these may be sent by email, SMS, Viber, or similar service communications channels.

Newsletter or other marketing communications, if offered, are separate from mandatory booking and service communications.

8. Availability and MVP Disclaimer

Eniblu is a launch-stage MVP provided on an "as available" basis. We aim to keep the service functional and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, continuous availability, error-free operation, or that every feature will always work as expected.

Maintenance, bugs, third-party outages, connectivity issues, business-side updates, or force majeure events may interrupt access or affect data display.

9. Intellectual Property

Eniblu and its platform content, branding, interface, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except where allowed by law, you may not copy, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from Eniblu content or software without permission.

You retain rights in content you lawfully submit, but you grant Eniblu the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and transmit that content for platform operation, support, security, and legal compliance.

10. Suspension and Termination

Eniblu may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the service, created risk for users or businesses, or where suspension is needed for security, maintenance, or legal reasons.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eniblu is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of business, revenue, goodwill, data, or opportunity arising from or related to your use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Privacy

Use of personal data is also governed by our Privacy Policy and our Consent.

13. Changes to These Terms

Eniblu may update these Terms from time to time. When a new version becomes the currently enforced version for booking use, acceptance of that version may be required before further booking activity.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms should eventually specify the governing law, courts, and any dispute process. Until finalized, the following wording applies: governing law, jurisdiction, court/forum, and notice process are not yet finalized.
